Life after Stroke Carers Course

 

This course is an education and support programme for carers of stroke survivors. The education programme is run jointly by the Bristol Area Stroke Foundation and the Princess Royal Trust for Carers.

It comprises of six sessions covering various topics including practical issues, emotional issues, effects of stroke, different therapies, diet and medication and looking after yourself. The course is free of charge and provides the opportunity to meet other people in a similar situation.
