What if the commissioner cannot help?
If the commissioner cannot help – perhaps because the vehicle in question is less than 7.5 tonnes in weight, you could try reporting the matter to HM Inspector of Taxes if you think these vehicles are being used for home-to-work journeys.
What if the vehicle is causing an obstruction?
Report the matter to the police. They can take enforcement action if the vehicle is causing an obstruction, such as blocking visibility.
