The service
This bus service runs hourly Mondays to Saturdays between Yate Shopping Centre and the centre of Bristol. The service runs via North Yate, Iron Acton, Winterbourne and Hambrook For a copy of the timetable please click on the link on the right.
The council stepped in to extend the X27 after First decided to stop running it as a commercial service in early May 2009.
Changes to the X27 from 4 September 2010
From 4 September 2010 Wessex Connect are to run the service on behalf of the Council. There are a few small changes to the operational times. Please see 'X27sep10' under read more on the right hand side for the latest bus timetable. Hard copies of the timetable will be sent to those who have requested transport updates from the Council shortly. If you wish to receive a hard copy please contact us using the details on the right.

The service is financially supported by South Gloucestershire Council and requires your support to be successful.
Whether you want to pop to the local shops in Yate town centre or you would like to take the hassle out of commuting and catch the bus to work, why not try the X27.
The service runs along the M32 providing an express service. Within Bristol the bus stops at Cabot Circus and Anchor Road (near @Bristol) getting you into the heart of Bristol close to all shops and attractions.
The council is currently running a high profile marketing campaign to encourage people to use the service regularly to help secure the future arrangements.
