When a building is in a dangerous condition, for example after a fire, storm damage or impact from a vehicle we will take whatever steps are necessary to ensure the safety of the public. This may mean we will visit the site and remove the danger (although no reinstatement works will be undertaken). You should tell us if you find a building that appears to be in a dangerous condition.
