Please leave as much detail as possible to give our officers the best chance to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Leaving a six-figure grid reference or local street or building name will help our field officers locate the issue and take appropriate action. If you don't know the grid reference please leave a thorough description of the location. If you have any details about the owner of the land the problem is on, this will also help to resolve the reported issue as swiftly as possible.  

What you can expect

The issue will be added to our countryside access management system (CAMS) database, assigned a number and given to one of our field officers to investigate. We aim to resolve problems reported to us as quickly as possible and prioritise reports according to risk of injury.
