The South Gloucestershire Shared Lives Scheme (formerly known as Adult Placement Scheme) is run by South Gloucestershire Learning Difficulties Service. The Shared Lives Scheme matches adults with Learning Difficulties with approved Shared Lives Carers in the local community, giving them the opportunity to be part of a family or household and other social network.
