Aims
This school meals survey is aimed at all parents and carers of children in South Gloucestershire schools. It is being done to ascertain that the standard of service provided is to a high level and that it is what our customers, the parents and students expect. We hope to achieve feedback directly from parents and students.
Outcomes
Outcomes/results won’t be published as such. Each reply with be dealt with individually and the respective school and catering manager informed of any issues. We see this as an ongoing consultation rather than a one off so we can continuously improve our service.
