South Glos Youth Jazz Orchestra enrolment form

To enrol with the South Glos Youth Orchestra, please download the form below and save to your computer. The latest fees are indicated on the form. No charge will be made if you are in receipt of Income Support/free school meals (you will need to confirm this with the director of the ensemble).
Completed forms should be handed in at the ensemble group meeting or sent to the music service.
 

What you can expect

You will be contacted either by the music service or the director of the ensemble to confirm your place. Details of the ensemble meetings are included elsewhere within this topic.
