Please complete the form as fully as possible and answer all the questions. If you do not fill in the form properly or give us all the information we need, we will need to contact you for additional information and this will delay your application.

We will process your form as quickly as possible. Once we have assessed your housing need, we will contact you to let you know what priority band you are in and your registration number. If you have provided an e-mail address, we will contact you by e-mail unless you have requested otherwise.
