We investigate complaints, provide advice and mediation on all manner of nuisance issues relating to domestic, commercial and industrial premises in South Gloucestershire. These include complaints arising from noise, smoke, dust, light, insects, accumulations and deposits, the keeping of animals and the state of premises. We can only take action if the nuisance is defined as a statutory nuisance – this is explained under what constitutes a nuisance. If it is not a statutory nuisance you may still have a right under common law to take private legal action.
