This page links to a facility to search and view planning enforcement notices, for details of breaches of planning regulations.
You will be able to search and view details of enforcement notices served by South Gloucestershire Council by reference number and address. Details of enforcement notices will be updated within one working day of being served.
To use the search facility, please click on the 'Planning enforcement' option in the 'Do It now' box on the right-hand side of this page. Click on the 'Search enforcement notices' green box to start searching for and viewing enforcement notices. Alternatively, you have the option to click on 'Register here' to register your details. This will allow you to save enforcement notice references to your personal 'my case files' screen, which will be available to you if you log in on subsequent visits.
