Children's Playlink have their office based at the youth centre.

Most areas are accessible by wheelchair. Toilet facilities exist for wheelchair users. Young people of all abilities are welcome but one-to-one care cannot be guaranteed. Information leaflets and books relating to young people are available or can be ordered.

Available activities

Various activities are offered, including arts, crafts, sports, game consoles and computer use. Basic sports equipment is available as is DJing equipment and computers. Opportunities exist for young people to be actively involved in the general running of club sessions, and to work towards accreditation/certificates via South Glos Awards, Youth Achievement Awards, and Duke of Edinburgh Awards.  Refreshments are also sold.

Friday Nyt project
Various activities are offered, including arts, crafts, sports, game consoles and computer use. We have a resident dj/mc tutor Matt, onsite to offer support to develop skills.  Opportunities exist for young people to work towards accreditation/certificates via South Glos Awards, Youth Achievement Awards, and Duke of Edinburgh Awards. Refreshments are also sold.

Sexual Health Drop In
A free & confidential 'No Worries' service to any one aged 14-25.  A youth worker and a clinical outreach nurse are on site, to offer information, advise and support, regarding any questions you may have about relatioships, sex, sexuality and sexual health.  We can also provide a variety of contraceptive methods, pregnancy testing, and testing/treatment for sexually transmitted infections.

Discussions groups and activities are organised for girls and young men whenever requested or needed.

Special events
Discussion groups, projects and activities are organised whenever requested or needed.  Residential activity trips are offered several times per year.  We operate amended programmes during school holidays, and run numerous off-site activities/trips throughout the year. 

Costs

It may be necessary to charge a small price for some sessions and events to cover costs. Please call the centre for more information.
