Fees for certificates cost £3.50 if issued at the time of, or shortly after, registration. If you later want a certificate you will be charged £7.00.
Marriages
The cost of giving a notice of intention to marry is £30 per person. This is payable at the time the notice is given in cash or by cheque with a valid cheque card.

Civil partnerships
A certified copy of the entry in the Civil Partnership Register costs £3.50 if requested on or before the date of the registration. If requested at a later date the cost is £7.00

Civil partnership registration with the ceremony of your choice at approved premises in South Gloucestershire:

Naming ceremonies and renewal of vows
Availability at the register office is limited by the number of marriage ceremonies.
Monday - Friday
£95 (at South Gloucestershire Register Office)
£140 (at external venues)
Saturday
£165 (at external venues only)
Sunday and Bank Holidays
£190 (at external venues only)
If you choose to have the ceremony at the register office the cost includes room hire. If you are using another venue you will have to add the cost of hiring the venue.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking. The balance of fees should be paid eight weeks before the ceremony.
