The Employment Support Service (ESS) aims to provide quality advice, guidance and support that meets employers needs in the recruitment and retention of people with learning difficulties and other disabled people.

We can help you find the right person for the job, therefore enabling better productivity and job retention, whilst saving on recruitment costs and working towards diversity requirements.
