Licensing - skips, scaffolds and highway licences

There is a £30 charge for a licence for:
  • Leaving skips on a public highway
  • Erecting scaffolding on or over a public highway
  • Depositing building materials in the road
  • Putting up a hoarding or a fence
  • Putting up lighting, cables, banners etc above the highway
