If you are a volunteer with little or no experience of leadership/coaching and would like to develop further we maybe able to help. There are several schemes due to run that will FAST TRACK you to becoming a quality sports leader and coach.

2008/09 was a successful year for the development of young leaders and sports coaches. Which saw a new 'pilot' leadership academy for secondary school pupils successfuly run by Community Sport in partnership with the King Edmund School Sport Partnership. The Coach Apprenticeship Scheme continued this year with 12 strong volunteers developing as assistant sports coaches.
