One Stop Shops

Whether you live, work or are just visiting South Gloucestershire our One Stop Shops offer a range of services all under one roof.

Our Customer Care Officers welcome enquiries about all aspects of the council and will help you access its many departments and services.

Our One Stop Shops deal with enquiries relating to:

  • Council Tax
  • Housing and Council Tax Benefits
  • Homeless and housing waiting lists
  • Housing services (Merlin tenants should contact their Housing Officer)
  • Streetcare and refuse collections
  • Planning

You can also view planning applications and pay bills such as Council Tax and parking fines.

Our highly trained Customer Care Officers have the authority to deal with your enquiry, arrange services and resolve problems on your behalf. In some cases it will not be possible to resolve your enquiry immediately. If this is the case the Customer Care Officer will record the necessary information and forward it to the relevant department. In addition we will photocopy your original documents.
