8.45 am to 4.30 pm Fridays.

At other times your call will be diverted to a service which deals only with emergencies.

Concerns about a child

If you have any concerns about possible abuse it must be reported. To report possible abuse or for general advice contact the Children and Young People Information Service on 01454 868008 during normal office hours.

If you think it is an emergency and it is out of office hours contact the Emergency Duty Team - 01454 615165 or the Public Protection Unit of the Police on 01179 455969.

One Stop Shops and council offices

One Stop Shops offer our customers a single point of access to all our services. They are staffed by specially trained customer care officers who are uniquely placed to help you and solve problems you may be experiencing.
