One Stop Shops offer our customers a single point of access to all our services. They are staffed by specially trained Customer Care Officers who are uniquely placed to help you and solve problems you may be experiencing.
You can pay your Council Tax and rents at a One Stop Shop, but we regret that we are currently unable to accept payments by credit cards.
