Housing Plan for people with learning difficulties 2009 - 2013
The aim of this Housing Plan is to make sure that people with a learning difficulty in South Gloucestershire can live independently in the home they choose. The plan to achieve this is by ensuring there is a range of housing and support options, that people know what they are and how to access them.
This plan has been developed with the support of a number of local organisations and service users.
