South Gloucestershire Council's planning department produces a series of lists for public viewing every week. These lists show planning applications received and decided by the council as well as planning and enforcement appeals received and decided by the Planning Inspectorate.
Applications received
Planning application received as valid by the council.
Delegated decisions
Planning decisions issued under the council's delegated powers.
Circulated schedule
Compilation of reports which fall within certain criteria agreed by elected councillors, whereby authority is delegated to the director of planning and his staff, to determine planning applications subject to review by the members.
Appeals received
Planning and enforcement appeals received by the Planning Inspectorate.
Appeals decided
Planning and enforcement appeals determined by the Planning Inspectorate.
Please note that the appeals lists will be published a week behind due to the need to allow time to receive appeal notifications from the Planning Inspectorate.
