What is counselling?

A place where you can explore thoughts and feelings which could be getting on top of you.  You are the explorer, the counsellor is a companion who won't judge you.  Big difficulties in life are often untangled in this way.

A free and confidential service offering one-to-one counselling for young people.  The young person rings, leaves a name and number on an answer phone and a counsellor will call them back within a week.

EACH - educational action challenging homophobia - offers one-to-one support to individuals who have been, or continue to be, the target of homophobic incidents or crime in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
