Environmental link groups
If you are interested in your local environment, you are very welcome to join an environmental link group.
There are five of these for different areas of South Gloucestershire (see map). Each group shares information, discusses environmental and countryside issues, develops project ideas and raises as well as solves problems. They are supported by the council.
Each group meets three times a year, during February, June and October and anyone is welcome to attend. There are usually representatives from parish councils, environmental and conservation groups as well as interested individuals.
