We maintain a housing register of people who want to move to:
- Housing association rented housing, including Merlin Housing Society
- Shared ownership housing
- Low-cost home ownership
When you join the housing register, you are awarded points depending on your situation. When homes become available, they are offered to the people who have the most points on the housing register.
Please be aware that the demand for housing far exceeds the amount available. Unfortunately, this means we are not able to help everybody who applies for housing.
