FunderFinder is a small UK charity that produces software resources for grant-seekers. They specialise in information and advice about charitable trusts and foundations that fund in the UK.
Some of what they do is aimed at those people looking for funding for an individual (People In Need, or PIN). Charitable funding for individuals can be for education (in its widest sense) or because of social need - poverty, disability, ill health etc.
Some of what they do is aimed at people looking for funding for community groups or voluntary organisations (Groups In Need, or GIN).
The Library Service now subscribes to this service, and GIN can be viewed on a Peoples Network PC at Kingswood, Thornbury and Yate Libraries, and PIN can also be viewed at Yate Library.
This software is updated four times a year and is an invaluable source of information if you are looking to find a charitable trust or foundation that may be able to help fund your project.
