Nine little puppies arrived three weeks ago from a Rotweiller bitch we rehomed; a bit of a shock to the new owner - but luckily she works for Heart Rescue which rehomes animals. On behalf of them we are trying to help find homes for these pups, which we believe are Rotweiller x Labradors as they are all completely black, and a black Labroador is the most likely father. They are 3 weeks old at the moment and will be ready for rehoming on the 17 July 2008. Heart will be asking for a donation of £150 per pup which will go to Heart Rescue to help with other animals. There are three dogs and five bitches. They will probably grow to be the size of a Labrador, hopefully no bigger as the mum is a small Rotti. Hello - my name is Basil. This is basil in his new home, very happy and much loved, almost a perfect pet! Update from Celine, Dog Warden: Basil has been successfully rehomed to a lovely family who gave him the chance he deserved and are seeing what a wonderful dog he is. They are the type of special people we need.
