Accessible toilet, dedicated disabled changing room, height-adjustable changing table (poolside and dryside), poolside hoist, hearing loop at reception, lift to second floor.
Kingswood
Lift to lower floors, dedicated disabled changing room (poolside), mobile hoist.
Longwell Green
Accessible toilet, dedicated disabled changing room, height-adjustable changing tables (full room hoist coverage), poolside hoist.
Thornbury
Mobile hoist, wheelchair lift to Active Fitness Gym, separate disabled male and female changing, height-adjustable changing table, poolside hoist.
Yate
Accessible toilet, mobile hoist, height-adjustable changing table (full room hoist coverage), dedicated disabled changing room (poolside), poolside hoist, lift to first floor.
General Accessibility:
Dedicated parking spaces for disabled badge holders
Where height-adjustable changing stretchers are provided full room hoist coverage is given with overhead tracking systems for use with customer's own slings.
You may qualify for one of their Active Access Concessionary Cards which offers a range of discounts on various activities. Or if you are unemployed, disabled or are in full time education you are eligible to apply for our Active Access Discount Card.
