Directions
The library is sited prominently in Hanham High Street - the A431 Bristol to Bath Road. It immediately adjoins Hanham Youth Centre and is opposite the post office.
From Bristol it is approximately a quarter of a mile east of the junction with Memorial Road. From Bath it is approximately three quarters of a mile west of the junction with Marsham Way roundabout.
The car park at the rear of the building (access to the right of the youth centre). Service all on one level.

Monday: 9.30am - 5.00 p.m.
Tuesday: 9.30am - 7.00 p.m.
Wednesday: closed
Thursday: 9.30am - 7.00 p.m.
Friday: 9.30am - 5.00 p.m.
Saturday: 9.30am - 5.00 p.m.
Sunday: closed

Hanham library also sells Readyspex reading glasses, has a laminating service and computer games for hire.

- Pre-school storytime: 2.15pm-2.45pm on Thursdays in term-time
- Regular programme of holiday activities
- Over 2 U Club for 10-16 year-olds. First Thursday of every month, 6.15pm - 7.30pm. £1.00 per session. Great activities from DJing to cartooning to henna tattooing
- Bounce and Rhyme Time for babies and toddlers every Monday, from 9.15am - 9.45am
- Chatterbooks reading group for children. Meet once a month on a Saturday, 10.30 - 11.30am and again from 2.00 - 3.00pm. (Starting January 12th 2008.)
- Reading group on the third Tuesday of every month, 11.00am - 12 midday
- Reading group on the second Thursday of every month at 5.30pm. The first meeting of this group will be Thursday July 10th 2008.
