All schools have a designated teacher for looked-after children and young people. They monitor the child or young person's performance and attendance. They are also the person that attends the PEP (personal education plan) meetings and reviews. Anyone having concerns about or needing advice on the education of a looked-after child or young person should contact the school's designated teacher.
