Our response:
When we reopened after our refurbishment in December 2005 we added a lot of new stock. We have also introduced our Fastracks service which offers multiple copies of the top selling paperbacks for a quick one-week loan period. We are also promoting our stock in a more attractive manner using face-on displays.

Thank you. As well as two hours of free access to the internet and other software packages we also offer many online reference materials which you can access either in the library or from your own home, including: Oxford Reference Online, Oxford Dictionary of National Biography, Grove Art On-line plus Ancestry.com (the latter can only be accessed in the library). Please note you will need your borrower number and PIN number to access these resources.
