Information for service users

Housing and Support Action Group logo

The Supporting People programme is designed to offer vulnerable people the opportunity to improve their quality of life by providing positive services which enable people to have greater independence and control in making choices in their lives.

A key element of the programme is a commitment to ensure people who use the service are effectively involved in the decision-making on what services will be needed in the future and maintaining the quality of existing services.

This website will enable service users to:

  • Find out more about what Supporting People is all about
  • Contact support providers and find out what they do
  • Use a simple questionnaire to feed back experiences and issues raised
  • Make a complaint
