Inclusion support service

Inclusion support coordinators

Inclusion support coordinators are a specialist team of teachers who work in partnership with schools, parents and other agencies to address the special educational needs of children and young people with learning difficulties and disabilities (LDD).

The team promotes the inclusion and achievement of pupils with LDD by developing the capacity of schools and by providing specialist advice for individual pupils with statements of SEN.
