The conservation area at Church Lane in Winterbourne was designated on 14th November 2005. Supplementary planning guidance was consulted upon in line with the emerging Statement of Community Involvement between November 2005 and 31st January 2006, together with a sustainability assessment. The supplementary planning document was being considered for final adoption during March and April 2006. As such it forms part of the South Gloucestershire Local Plan and will be taken into account when assessing the merits of planning applications.
