The Supporting People strategy for 2005 - 2010 was approved by South Gloucestershire Council, South Gloucestershire Primary Care Trust as well as Avon and Somerset Probation Service in 2005 and provides the strategic framework for the commissioning and restructuring of services.
In addition to the strategy an annual action plan is agreed each year which sets out the work to be undertaken in the current financial year. The delivery of the annual action plan is monitored by the commissioning body.
As part of the Annual Action Plan 2008/09 the Core Strategy Group are reviewing and updating the appendices. These will be added to the 'Read more' section on the page.
