We have introduced a passenger charter for all South Gloucestershire Council-licensed vehicles. The charter explains what a passenger can expect whilst travelling in a licensed vehicle and what the driver or operator expects of their customers. All vehicles licensed by South Gloucestershire Council must display a copy of the charter. It is recommended that the charter is displayed on one of the rear door windows.
