Providers of services under the Supporting People programme must complete at the end of the month a client record form for all new service users. This information should be submitted to the Joint Centre for Scottish Housing Research (JCSHR) who will distribute, collect and analyse these forms. JCSHR will provide information to the CLG (communities and local government) and useful monitoring data for administering authorities on an annual basis.
