- The support agencies will arrange to visit the potential service user to assess the needs of the person for housing-related support and whether the person wants the support of the agency. The agency may need to contact other people (whom the applicant has given us permission to contact) to gain further information
- Where support is offered the agency must develop a support plan with the service user to set up goals of the support and the timescale in which it will be achieved. The support plan must identify whether support is likely to be required for more than two years
