An allotment
South Gloucestershire Council owns and manages 247 plots in nine allotments. There are other allotment sites in the area that are owned by local town or parish councils.

Prices

We rent out allotments on a yearly basis at the following prices:

  • 5 perches: £17.00/OAPs £8.50
  • 10 perches: £34.00/OAPs £17.00
  • Water charge £1.45

One perch is equal to 30.25 square yards.

Due to a high volume of enquiries we currently do not have any vacancies at any of our allotment sites. If you would like to go on the waiting list, please complete the on-line application form - see 'Do it now' on the right hand side of this page. Please be aware that there is already a waiting list for each allotment site and it may be some time before we contact you.
