We issue licences and permits for a wide variety of activities across South Gloucestershire. these include club premises, cinemas, taxis, street collections, pet shops, street trading and many other activities.
We make sure that licensees abide by licence conditions and regulations and take action against those who break their licence conditions. We also give advice to businesses, especially those seeking a new licence or registration.
We are currently consulting on the three year review of its statement of licensing policy. The draft policy document is on the right, under 'Read more'. Comments on the draft are welcomed and must be received by 12:00 on 9 November 2008. Details on how to comment are contained within the documents.
