On Broad Street (main shopping street) between Victoria Street and Beaufort Road in the small shopping precinct (set back from the road), Fountain Square.
On-road parking in front of the library and a public car park to the rear (entrance off Beaufort Road).

- Pre-school storytime for under-5s every Friday during term-time 11.00am - 11.30am
- Chatterbooks - a reading club for children aged 7+ one Saturday a month from 11.00am -12 noon
- Rhyme Time for pre-school children - 1st Thursday of the month 11.00am - 11.30am
