Billy Jupiter by Jude Wisdom
Billy Jupiter is a superhero who lives in a packet of spaceflakes and always feels afraid. One day his box is opened and he accidentally finds himself in a village full of friendly bugs. The bugs welcome him to the village but tell him about the huge, gigantic spider which comes each night to the village looking for insects to spin into her web and eat.
They are very pleased that Billy Jupiter has come because obviously, being a superhero, he will be able to sort out the huge, gigantic spider. Billy Jupiter is afraid, very afraid but will he be brave enough to confront the spider….?
