Telecare services

The simplest form of telecare is a personal alarm system, known as a lifeline. This is installed in your home using an existing phone line. It enables you to call for assistance from anywhere in the home by pressing a button on a lightweight pendant which you wear. Lifeline is designed to give you peace of mind and independence and is provided to older people and those with disabilities of any age.

Telecare also offers a range of simple wireless sensors that connect to your lifeline personal alarm system. The sensors are designed to help people live safely and independently in their homes The sensors raise an alert via your telephone line if you have a problem in your home or there is a threat to your safety.
