Plastic bottle recycling

Plastic bottles can be recycled from the kerbside, once a fortnight in the white bag on the same week as your black bin.

We recommend that you “Wash n’ Squash” your plastic bottles and remove the lids so that they take up less room in your bag. Lids can be placed in the bag separately.

Your white bag is for PLASTIC BOTTLES ONLY:

  • Plastic milk bottles
  • Washing up liquid bottles
  • Water bottles
  • Shampoo and conditioner bottles
  • Shower gel bottles
  • Bleach and cleaning product bottles
