We regularly seek the views of users of our planning enforcement service by a variety of means, including satisfaction questionnaires and telephone surveys.
These surveys enable us to monitor our customers overall satisfaction with our service as well as giving more detailed views about different aspects of the services we provide. We use the information provided to help us identify and develop improvements.
