The Rent Warm Rent Well scheme offers grants of up £200 per property: - £100 towards the cost of loft insulation
- £100 towards the cost of cavity wall insulation
The grant is only available to private landlords and, unlike other grants, it does not depend on the tenants' financial circumstances.
Rent Warm Rent Well is managed on behalf of South Gloucestershire Council by the Gloucestershire Energy Efficiency Advice Centre.
