Photography at the festival
As part of our Child Protection Policy it is important that everyone complies with the following guidance.
For many reasons parents and guardians of children at the festival may have requested that their children do not appear to photographs or film.
South Gloucestershire Council will employ an official photographer for the event who will ensure that images aren’t taken of anyone who has not given their consent. These photos will be used by South Gloucestershire Council and other approved bodies to report and publicise the festival and sport and leisure.
You are welcome to take photos at the event that are for personal use. However, we request that you do not make these images available for any other purpose and that they are not publicity displayed or published in print or on the internet.
If you do intend to publish photos or use them for a public display or promotion, you will need to register this intent with the appropriate sports co-ordinator at the registration tent.
