Club Thornbury
The Thornbury community sports association is a multi sports hub in South Gloucestershire.
Aims and objectives:
To provide, promote and develop sports, physical and recreational activities in the area covered by Thornbury and surrounding parishes.
Ethos:
The ethos of the association is to bring together organisations and people to improve the quality of sport and physical activity in the local community. Clubs and organisations keep their own identity, but become part of an association. This acts as a voice for sport and physical activity in the local community.
Membership:
Membership is open to all community sports clubs, groups and organisations in Thornbury and the surrounding parishes. It currently includes:

• Thornbury Hockey Club
• Severnvale Badminton Club
• Thornbury Falcons Football Club
• Thornbury Table Tennis Club
• Thornbury Tennis Club
• Thornbury Cricket Club
• South Gloucestershire Leisure Trust
• Thornbury Town Council
• South Gloucestershire Council
