The REACH programme includes physical activity, healthy eating and advice on making and maintaining healthy lifestyle changes.
• Fun physical activity sessions for children (and some for the whole family, too!)
Play based activity including team games and multi sports
Fun swim based exercise included for 8-11 years
Try new activities and have fun
Increase confidence and make new friends
Some sessions include go-karting, soft play and dance (depending on location and age range)

Make and try new recipes (such as dips and dippers)
