Get Active Together!
There are so many ways for the family to be active together:
- Play Frisbee
- Take the dogs for a walk
- Get the bikes out of the shed
- Go to your local swimming pool
- Join an intergenerational club
- Plan an active and adventurous holiday
- Have a day of activity at the beach
- Ask your local sports club if parents can join in with the kids
