The Complaints, Data Protection and Freedom of Information Team work to provide information support and advice to staff, the public and service users who wish to complain, compliment or make representations and requests for information under the Freedom of Information and Data Protection Acts.
Complaints against Children's Social Care are covered by statutory procedures. Other complaints about services provided by the Children and Young People Department are covered by the Council's Corporate Compliments, suggestions and complaints procedure.
