- The emails sent to What's UP will be answered by a group of trained peer supporters, supported by a youth worker. They will be meeting every two weeks
- Our peer supporters will offer you the best of their knowledge. They will make sure that you know when they are giving you facts, or when they are offering you their opinion
- If they do not know the answer to your question, they will give you information about who to contact
- The peer supporters will not give out any of their personal details
